At Zentrox, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• To request a return, contact us at neurorelix26@gmail.com with your order details.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping/COD charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.

• Returns may not be accepted for products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
